Supervise property management operations by tracking property activities
Understand the significant issues affecting a property's performance and the respective tenant lease responsibilities
Develop and implement operational plans and actions that will achieve or surpass cash flow objectives
Maintain personal contact with tenants & vendors, ensure tenant satisfaction
Attend all merchant meetings and marketing events
Assist leasing with prospective tenant space showings
Evaluate service contract requirements
Oversee tenant improvement projects - prepare specs, obtain/evaluate bids
Negotiate and monitor vendor performance through regular inspections
Respond to after-hours emergencies onsite or by phone depending on the severity of the situation
Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Retail Property Management Experience
California Real Estate Salesperson license required
Strong skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
Outstanding client service focused
Be responsive to tenants needs and the community
