Seeking a Vice President, Finance looking to join a unique medical technology company to help drive achievement of the Company's strategic goals and provide management leadership to the team. This is a startup type environment and strong backing of a strong larger company.
-Base salary: @225K-$250K with discretionary bonus program earning up to 30% of base pay upon achievements of company objectives and individual performance.

Develop budgets & forecasts

Prepare operations for initial public offering

-An ideal candidate will come with experience within Life Sciences or High Tech industry, and have the drive for career progression into a CFO position with our great company.
-Candidates having core experience, must be a good accountant, and beyond this, someone smart, driven, hard working, creative, and have have a sense of humor.
