Vice President of Sales - Beverage Sales REQUIRED 

Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue growth and market expansion in the beverage sector, including alcohol, non-alcohol, and THC products. This role requires a strong leader who can cultivate relationships, drive performance, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple beverage categories.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the beverage industry.
  • Manage key client relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize account performance.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Establish performance metrics to evaluate sales effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance skills and knowledge in the beverage market.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and business development principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in account management and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales training methodologies.
