Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced South East Regional Vice President to join our team. The Regional Vice President will provide leadership for a variety of construction and operations projects in the Southeast region of the United States. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, while managing the budget and ensuring goals are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, construction, project management, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the regional team in the Southeast region
Execute the regional business strategy within the region
Ensure successful delivery of projects, while adhering to budgets
Maintain relationships with existing customers and partners
Identify and implement strategies to grow the regional market share
Monitor progress and ensure compliance with all regional projects
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Maintain an understanding of the regional market and competitive landscape
Monitor regional performance and provide reports to senior leadership
Lead team meetings and hold team members accountable for their performance
Foster a positive work culture and ensure team members are adequately trained
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction, Project Management, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry
Proven track record of success leading and managing regional teams
Strong knowledge of construction and operations processes
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
