Position Overview:
We are looking for a Traveling Superintendent with commercial and retail construction experience, specifically for a 74,000 sq ft retail and fuel station development we're working on in Phoenix, AZ. We anticipate this will cover the next 3 years, and shortly after we have work in Utah.
We'd like someone who can easily jump into retail construction management, and manage the day to day while effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-4+years of construction management and Superintendent experience; ideally retail experience
-Tilt-up experience is a nice to have, but not required; We can train!
-Ability to travel; site work will be in Phoenix, and our training is San Antonio
-Bachelor Degree in Construction or similar field is nice to have, but not required
-Excellent Communication Ability
Benefits-$120k-$140k/year base salary (flexible depending on experience)
