Job Title: Audit Senior Associate
Location: Orlando
Compensation: $80k - $110k base + Bonus
Requirement: 3-6 years of Public Accounting experience - CPA not required but preferred
We are a boutique accounting firm that has been around for over 60 years. Our firm is ranked amongst the top 200 firms in the US offering a full line of accounting services. We specialize in real estate, construction, hospitality, family office, and high-net worth individuals ranging from the individual tax payer to some of the largest companies in South Florida. We believe in a good work-balance and providing the flexibility to our employers.
Due to the growth and volume of work we are looking to add a Audit Senior to the team to help better serve our clients. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of Public Accounting experience.

- BS/BA degree - concentration in Accounting and active pursuit of CPA
- 3+ years of auditing experience with a public accounting firm
- Experience in auditing privately held companies and leading a team. Ability to work independently on assignments and address issues or questions with the client, engagement Manager or Partner.
- Strong time management, organizational abilities, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
