We are a boutique CPA firm based in North Seattle and we are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our firm! Due to our growth and demand for our services, we are looking for an experienced Tax Manager or a Tax Senior with review experience to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability
- Hold primary client responsibility, and, in some cases, oversee specific areas of client service
- Complete preparation of more complex tax returns, reviewing easy to medium returns and researching technical issues
- Aid business development with clients and non-clients to expand our practice, and beginning to develop prospects
- Concentrate on practice development with both prospective and existing clients
Qualifications:
- Active CPA or EA
- 3+ Years of Public Accounting Experience
