Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Traveling Superintendent-Multifamily to join our team. As Traveling Superintendent-Multifamily, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish. This position requires travel to job sites in different locations. You will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.
We are looking for a traveling superintendent to finish a multifamily project in Charlotte, NC and then work on other various projects around the area. We have a strong backlog of multifamily and commercial projects.
