Searching for a Superintendent with 5+ years retail/grocery construction experience. $10M-$30M+ projects.
-Create and maintain a safe job site.
-Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
-Create & maintain construction schedule, identify and solve problems.
-Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process.
-Organize and direct all self-perform work on site.
-Direct the completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
