Located just 20 minutes from downtown Denver in Commerce City, we are looking for an experienced individual to join our locally owned and operated team. Founded over 30 years ago, we are a commercial concrete and asphalt company that deals with repairs, new, and recycled concrete and asphalt. We pride ourselves on our dependability, integrity, and professionalism and aim to find someone who shares that idea to join our team!

- Prepare estimates for concrete projects, including accurate pricing of materials and labor
- Plan and coordinate concrete projects, including scheduling and overseeing subcontractors
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, budget, and materials used
-Inspect and monitor the quality of concrete work and materials
-Ensure the safety of concrete projects by implementing safety protocols
-Maintain a safe working environment at all times
-Suggest improvements and corrective action for concrete projects
-Work closely with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to complete projects on time and within budget
- Proven Experience as a Concrete Superintendent
- 3+ years in Concrete Construction/Repair
- Strong organization skills
- Vacation/PTO: 2 weeks first year
