You will be responsible for overseeing field operations in assigned areas or aspects of a construction project, ensuring that the work is performed safely and timely. The Superintendent is responsible for tracking project progress, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and quality standards, and purchasing equipment and materials. Additionally, the role of the superintendent includes important quality control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities
5+ years of experience as a Roadway Superintendent
-A valid driver's license
-Knowledge of safety, health, and quality standards in construction projects
-Ability to ensure project compliance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule
-Supervisory skills to directly manage field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
