Position - Strategic IT and Integrations Director

Salary - up to $175,000 depending on experience plus 25% bonus

Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote

Position Overview
The Strategic IT and Integrations Director is responsible for overseeing the integration of technology solutions across the organization. This role will drive strategic initiatives, ensuring that IT systems and applications align with business objectives, and manage the roadmap to ensure our business technologies are optimized, particularly focusing on NetSuite, HR systems, CRM and HubSpot, as well as SEO strategies and website development.

We are a small company and you will be our IT Director (Infrastructure is outsourced) on all business initiatives.  As a small company, this is a hands-on role working closely with vendors and leading as a player/coach, eventually building a team in time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the optimization and effective utilization of our core enterprise systems, including the data warehouse and business intelligence for: NetSuite, HR workforce management, HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation)
  • Lead technology initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions, optimizing the integration of IT systems post-M&A.
  • Oversee the development of our consumer-facing website and drive SEO, Lead generations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in IT strategy and management, particularly in application integration.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite, HR systems, and HubSpot platforms, with a focus on optimization and data.
  • Experience with SEO strategies, website builds and customer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage M&A technology integration projects effectively.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
