We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and have extensive experience in construction and project management. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects.
Position Overview: The Sr. Project Manager will manage multiple construction projects of varying complexity and scope, from inception to completion. This role will involve the development of project plans, organization and management of resources, and negotiation of contracts and subcontracts. The Sr. Project Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery of projects on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with industry standards and customer expectations.
