Position Overview
The Sr. Electrical Project Manager will oversee electrical engineering projects from inception to completion. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing MEP projects within commercial, industrial, and healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (mechanical, plumbing, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to control costs and maximize profitability.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in MEP, commercial, industrial, or healthcare sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
