Job Title: Sr. Electrical Engineer - Generation Operations
Job Location: Chouteau, OK (On-site required. Relocation packages available)
Job Salary: $92-110k (Potential to go higher based on experience and background)

We are an established utilities company that has been serving Oklahoma for decades and we are looking for an experienced Sr. Electrical Engineer - Generation Operations to join our growing team. We have different experience levels and multiple openings so we are open to a variety of backgrounds and experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with electrical engineering/design, a variety of turbines and related systems, and high voltage transformers and generators. Boilers, AVR, PSS, and NERC compliance are also focus areas.
If you have experience with project management, scheduling, and customer relations it will be highly preferred.
- Coordinating, directing, and planning of generation operations projects.
- High-level project management that focuses on generation operations equipment.
- Work with customers, determine the project scope, and issue a work plan.
- Set up deliverables, schedules, milestones, resources, and assigned team.
- Work closely with Technical Services Manager assigned generation operations tasks.
Must Have Skills:
- Electrical Engineering/Design
- Combination of Combustion/Steam/Hydro/HRSG Turbines
- Boilers
- AVR
- PSS
- High Voltage Transformers and Generators
- NERC Compliance
- Turbine Governors
Nice to Have / Bonus Skills:
- Scheduling
- Project/Facility Management
- Customer Relations
