Job Title: Labor & Employment Sr. Associate (or Partner)
Job Location: Irvine, CA
Salary: $150K-$200K+ commensurate with level and experience
Requirements: JD, Labor & Employment Law, Litigation, Admission to CA Bar
- Defend class actions, defend wrongful termination, counseling HR clients with complaints
- Prepare legal reports and communicate with clients
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, discovery responses/demands, responses to Court Orders
- Appear in Court, handle arbitrations/mediations, trial preparation
- JD from Accredited Law School
- Admission to CA Bar
- Experience handling labor and employment litigation cases in CA
