We are seeking an energetic licensed Engineer or Registered Architect with 5+ years of experience in the Existing Buildings Renovation / Multi-Family residential consulting / design industry at our Trevose, PA location. The licensed Engineer or Registered Architect gets to lead and manage engineering projects, oversee design development, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget and timeline
MUST HAVES
- 5+ years relevant experience, P.E. or Licensed Architect, experience working with existing buildings and residential multi-family construction experience is required
