Job Title: Service Manager
Job Location: Green Bay, WI
Job Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 + Additional Bonus Opportunity (typically ~$25k - $40k/year)
Total Compensation: $125k - $135k/year
Requirements:
1.) 3+ years experience in Operational / Performance Management
2.) 3+ years experience w/ PNL, budgeting, talent management, etc.
3.) Strong level + acumen of visionary leadership
4.) Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
5.) 4-year College Degree required

As the Service Manager, you will:
- Oversee and manage all facility operations and employees including performance management, leadership and directional execution
- Manage and grow a $25M+ budget, execute PNL analysis and employ strategic decisions to drive growth in facility operations
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training + supervise 25-30+ partners at the Green Bay facility
Requirements:
