We are looking for an experienced IT System Analyst to join our IT team. The IT System Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to staff. We need someone who understands IT equipment management within an environment where litigation is common. Ideally you will understand how to implement policy and procedure for dealing with IT equipment legal holds and discovery requests.
Our ideal candidate has experience streamlining and determining equipment management when it comes to onboarding/offboarding employees.
Position Overview: The IT System Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to staff across multiple departments and customers. The successful candidate will be able to identify and resolve a wide range of technical issues, provide technical training and advice, and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
