Senior Superintendent (Residential Construction)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee and manage residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of construction processes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple residential construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to building codes.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, particularly in residential and multi-family projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
