Based in Greater Boston, we are a small, established SaaS company offering HIPAA compliant product suites in healthcare and other regulated industries. Due to growth, we are seeking a Senior Software Developer with PERL experience + DevOps. It's a unique role in that we are looking for a Perl Developer with DevOps and proficiency in front-end / back-end coding. The ideal candidate will start as an IC and move into a CM role down the road. We are looking for someone who wants to work in leadership eventually.
Position Overview
The Senior Software Developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting software applications using Perl, DevOps, RedHat, JavaScript, and APIs. This role requires an experienced professional with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in SaaS, full-stack development, MySQL/MariaDB, RedHat Linux, Apache, REST API development and support, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SQL and be able to work on both front-end and back-end development.
