Title: Staff or Senior Systems Applications Engineer (DOE)
Location: San Jose, CA
Salary: Up to 178k base + incredible bonus/stocks - total package up to $400k!!

- Examine, troubleshoot, and identify issues within PCIe switch products, collaborating with relevant development teams (firmware, software, IC hardware, or board hardware) to devise effective solutions.
- Offer guidance to OEM and Cloud customers for seamless integration of PCIe switch products into GP-GPUs, AI/ML platforms, storage servers, and custom designs. This involves conducting architecture and schematic reviews, providing design-in support, and offering training on product features.
- Create comprehensive product documentation to assist customers implementing PCIe switch technology.
- Cultivate relationships and collaborate with industry partners to deliver added value to shared customers.
- Innovate and implement software tools and methods aimed at enhancing debug efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide training for field engineers and support staff on the features and applications of PCIe switch products.
Please note, this role requires occasional travel and the possibility of international travel.
You will need a Bachelors + 8 yrs or Masters + 6 yrs of engineering experience including:
- Systems application engineering
- Firmware, software and hardware
- PCIe protocol level debugging
- Embedded software debugging or development using PCIe
- Experience debugging and developing with C
