The Senior Property Accountant is responsible for managing the accounting and reporting activities related to real estate investments. This position works closely with the Property Management and Investment teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with all financial and reporting requirements. The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for accurate preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and general ledger analysis.
Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (parking included)
Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 + 15% bonus DOE
Hybrid: 4 days onsite/1 day remote
