Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Hard Infrastructure
Location: Nashville, TN - with Travel to Job Sites (85% Office, 15% Field Travel)
Salary: $130k - $145k + Allowances and Bonus Incentives
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar and 5+ years in heavy civil/hard infrastructure construction

We seek a Senior Project Manager with experience in hard infrastructure construction such as bridges, heavy highway, and roadways. The ideal candidate will have experience managing subcontractors and self-perform crews on projects, have extensive project profitability experience, and will have an impressive background utilizing construction management software to communicate all aspects of the construction project. In addition, the Senior Project Manager will work with estimating to secure bids and solicit subcontractors and will team-up with the Superintendent to enforce project safety and timelines.
