We are a Custom Home builder located in Carmel, IN and we specialize in Luxury Custom Home Building projects throughout the Indianapolis area. We are currently looking for seasoned Construction Manager/Superintendent to join our team! If you have experience in our field of construction, please, waste no time in applying!
- Site development
- Ground up construction
- Construction of Homes, Customer walk throughs, etc.
- Scheduling, Staffing, Cost analysis etc.
- Buyout/closeout
- 3+ Years experience in Site Construction Management with a Single Family Home Builder
- Extensive Knowledge of Homebuilding/Sales Process
- Experience with a Custom Home Builder is a HUGE plus (2+ Million dollar homes)
- Knowledge of Custom Home Builds another HUGE plus
