Job Title: Scheduler

Base Salary Range: $115,000 to $135,000/year
Position Overview: The Scheduler position is responsible for developing, coordinating and maintaining project schedules. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Oracle Primavera P6, LBMS, SmartSheet, CPM, Takt scheduling theory, BIM Model Integration, Resource Loading, Cost Loading, Variance Reporting, Project Scheduling, Risk Management, Narrative Writing, graphics creation, and Construction Management. The Scheduler will be responsible for reporting project progress and trends, identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts, and providing input to support project decisions.
