Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tech Support/Sales Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and sales expertise in our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product knowledge and customer needs, ensuring that our clients receive optimal solutions for voltage surge and power quality issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers regarding voltage surge and related products.
Assist the sales team by offering technical advice and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and provide suitable solutions.
Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of our products and systems.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical support and sales within the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of voltage surge concepts and related technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with power quality, surge protection, and transient voltage concepts is a plus.
