We are a leading global provider of electronic components and assemblies, operating through three specialized divisions: ultracapacitors, capacitors, and electronic assemblies. With its corporate headquarters and distribution center based in San Diego, and additional stocking locations in Asia and Europe, we deliver high-quality ultracapacitors, capacitors, and electronic assemblies to customers around the world.

You will provide proactive technical support to prospective customers, internal sales team members, Distributors and Manufacture's Representatives to ensure successful integration of our Ultracapacitor and Lithium-Ion capacitor products into customer systems. This includes standard cells and modules in addition to custom module solutions.

Responsibilities:

Gather required application information to develop recommended ultracapacitor product configurations to meet application requirements.
Respond to technical inquiries from prospective customers, Reps and Distributors about our Ultracapacitors and Lithium-ion capacitor cells and modules.
Travel to customer locations to provide technical support in meetings, hands-on ultracapacitor and lithium-ion capacitor integration support, and to resolve technical or quality issues.
Maintain our technical documentation required for product sales such as but not limited to product datasheets, product user guides, application notes and white papers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Knowledge of product development processes
batteries and/or capacitors experience is a plus
Travel up to 50%
