NOTE: As the Safety Director, you will be responsible for administering safety programs and directing safety protocols on job sites to ensure compliance by the project team, employees, and subcontractors. You will educate teams on safety best practices, stay current on OSHA regulations, and research new safety technologies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular safety inspections of assigned projects and generate reports for internal improvement and compliance.
Conduct thorough investigations of work-related incidents to identify causes and implement corrective actions.
Train and educate associates on health and safety-related topics.
Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure adherence to all safety policies.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a safety manager or similar role in the commercial construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully implementing safety programs.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred.
Practical knowledge of OSHA laws, regulations, and policies.
Excellent knowledge of construction practices, equipment, processes, and the ability to identify potential hazards.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Developed management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to direct project teams, lead safety meetings, and deliver engaging safety training sessions to communicate safety requirements.
Procore experience preferred.
Proficient in using safety management software, incident tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Must be a committed team player.
