We are a Pittsburg-based retirement and rehabilitation care community focused on providing social, emotional, and spiritual nursing care to our residents and their families. Due to the growth and demand for our services, we are in need of a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator with a current Registered Nurse license, prior long term care experience, and excellent organization and multitasking skills.

You will ensure all resident Assessments, summaries, and Care Plans are completed properly in accordance with government regulations and delegate responsibilities to nursing staff. You will also schedule and complete reviews with families to ensure care plans and needs are met.
At least 1 years of experience with:
- Long-term care experience
- Current Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Nice to Have:
- RNAC certification preferred (we will train you if not licensed!)
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Organization skills and ability to multitask
