Job Title: Residential Property Manager - Affordable Housing

Job Salary: $45-60k

We are an established non-profit in the Chicagoland area that prides itself on helping low and moderate income households find affordable housing in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Due to our recent growth, we are looking for a few Property Managers to join our team!
The ideal candidate will have experience with property management and affordable housing/government funding properties.
If you have your Certified Occupancy Specialist certificate, it will be highly preferred.
If you are a Property Manager with affordable housing experience, please read on!
- Responsible for the management of multiple scattered-site affordable residential rental properties
- Manage the leasing process from beginning to end.
- Ensure compliance with Section 8, Section 42, IHDA, etc.
- Qualify new tenants, resolve tenant issues, coordinate with maintenance, and build relationships in the community.
- Lease new properties as assigned.
Must Have Skills:

- Leasing Negotiation
Nice to Have / Bonus Skills:
- Certified Occupancy Specialist
