Title: Regulatory Safety and Compliance Manager - Chemical Manufacturing
Location: Houston Texas & Mckinney Texas (Both Roles Available)
Salary: $100,-125,000 DOE & Relocation Available
Requirements: 5+ Years in Regulatory and Safety Leadership role with extensive experience in Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and GMP practices. Must have experience implementing process' and business policies on a Plant Level.
What You Will Be Doing
-Manage Safety and Compliance consultants
-Manage Safety (RD) and Quality (ISO) systems.
-Develop systems, policies, and procedures to support Compliance and Safety.
-Support and mentor employees in Safety and Compliance.
-Assist in business review and strategic planning.
-Assist in new employee training.
-Participate with ACD sub-committees to strengthen relationship.
-Assist in project management as needed.
What You Need for this Position
-Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is required.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operations management is required.
-Additional Training Required:
-General product knowledge and awareness.
-Human Resource training.
-Regulatory compliance, access multiple sources including ACD / ChemEdge and other
seminars.
