Position Overview
Our company is seeking an experienced Recruiting & People Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the talent acquisition strategy and ensuring smooth and efficient onboarding of new employees.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for recruiting top talent in the construction industry
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training
Manage employee relations, including dispute resolution and performance management
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in recruiting and HR management
Proven track record of recruiting success in the construction industry
Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
