Job Title: Sr. Associate or Partner (Real Estate Litigation)
Job Location: Ontario, CA
Salary: $120,000-$150,000 (Base) | $150,000-$250,00 (Total Comp)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be handling disputes related to acquisitions, dispositions, title issues, construction, and zoning. Additionally you will be navigating litigation involving real estate finance, leasing, and property management.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Five figure bonus if you hit billable hours
Discretionary bonus based on intake and collections
Profit Sharing
After 1500 hours billed
