Position Overview
As a Quality Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will work closely with our manufacturing team to identify and address quality issues, and you will play a key role in our ongoing efforts to improve our processes, procedures, and products.

Key Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections of flexible packaging products, including press checks, seaming checks, folding, and flat inspections.
Maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, lab reports, and other records.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and other departments to identify and troubleshoot quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with SQF standards.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to manufacturing personnel on quality control procedures, process improvement, and other related topics.
Assist with color matching and verification using X-Rite Color.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality control in manufacturing facilities.
Expertise in flexible packaging, printing, and press operations.
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards, including SQF.
Experience with seaming and folding equipment.
Ability to perform lab testing and analysis.
