Quality Control Manager (Construction)

Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager (Construction) will oversee and ensure the quality of construction projects, focusing on compliance with industry standards, regulations, and specifications. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of commercial and industrial construction projects, ensuring that all aspects of work meet the required quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for construction projects.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Review and approve project quality documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
Provide training and support to construction staff on quality control practices and standards.
Maintain records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management review.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager in the construction industry, preferably in commercial and industrial projects.
In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and regulations in construction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
