We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee and ensure the highest standards of construction quality on our federal projects. As a QCM, you will play a pivotal role in upholding regulatory compliance, project specifications, and client expectations.
Responsibilities
-Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality control program for federal construction projects.
-Conduct thorough inspections and audits to verify compliance with project plans, specifications, EM 385, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.
-Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
-Generate detailed quality control reports and documentation, highlighting findings and recommending corrective actions.
-Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance the quality awareness and performance of project personnel.
-Maintain a strong working knowledge of federal construction standards, EM 385, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Quality Control Manager on federal construction projects.
-In-depth knowledge of federal construction regulations, EM 385, OSHA standards, and compliance requirements.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with project stakeholders.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Certifications such as CQM, CQMC, EM 385, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
