What You Need for this Position
- 4+ years experience as a in the Residential Construction Space
- Purchasing/Estimating Experience
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience on any of the following projects: New Custom homes, Luxury, High-end Renovations
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the purchasing process on projects (Budgets, timelines, planning, etc.)
- Ensure bidding, subcontractors, and requirements
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
