Job Title: Public Safety Account Exec- $100k-$200k Base, $300k-$400k OTE

With offices across the world, we offer proprietary drone detection and mitigation products to both the government and private sectors.
We are an AI company offering multiple products, primarily in the counter drone domain. We track, identify, protect, and defend critical personnel in the private and public sectors.
We consider ourselves a pioneer of the counter-drone industry, have been in business for 10 years, and have about 75 team members spanning across 3 continents.
We've experienced significant growth and increased our revenue 5x over each year over the last 3 years. We have doubled or team size in the last 18 months.
We have live products and customers and are in a rapid growth phase.
We are publicly traded, yet lean, agile, and operate as a fast-paced dynamic start up.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Public Safety Account Exec with the following experience:
- Experience selling into Fed, State, Local, Airports, Corrections,
- Experience selling similar technology (weapon systems, body cams, radar, sensors, drone, counter drone, etc.)
- Hunting and closing new business
You will be leading our Public Safety sales efforts.
We have an established sales team, however we're ramping up our public safety efforts and looking for someone to lead those efforts.
We understand there's a wide salary and commission range. Compensation will vary depending on the person and their performance, and we're open to exploring those details with you.
This hire will be targeting new business within the Fed, State, Local, Airports, Corrections, etc.
The right person will be comfortable hunting and closing new business vs strictly post sales account management.
Our sales org does full cycle sales and collaborates on deals.
Specifically, we originate our own deals, but we help each other close as needed, and you earn commissions for deals you originate and assist on.
You will be mostly green field and have all 50 states as your target. The right person will be excited about the potential here.

What You Will Be Doing
- Full cycle sales
