Job Title: Property Tax Analyst
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE
Based in Atlanta, we are a delivers state and local tax solutions to corporations across the nation. Due to growth and demand for our services, we need hiring for a Property Tax Analyst.
Responsibilities:
Assist manager in creating a plan for professional development.
Learn how to use all program updates and modifications, including AppealTrack.
Create and maintain a good rapport with assessors and clients.
Keep a list of assessor contacts and communicate and work through difficulties with them.
Accurately and reliably classify and flag assets
Verify that values adhere to our requirements.
Observe hearing dates as necessary.
Handle tax bills in a timely and precise manner.
Support initiatives including agent authorization
Engage in collaborative projects by accepting responsibility for your tasks.
Help your teammates and make sure that everything is finished on time.
Commitment to education in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
Ability to meet travel requirements of the job (10-15%)
