Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Super to supervise and coordinate commercial, industrial and construction projects. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of electrical, mechanical and structural systems.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize and coordinate the activities of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality control, safety and meeting deadlines
Direct and supervise contractors and suppliers, assigning tasks and ensuring that all personnel are working safely and efficiently
Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget
Monitor and inspect work in progress to ensure adherence to established standards and specifications
Communicate changes and progress to stakeholders and ensure that projects meet client requirements
Manage project staff, provide guidance and training, and resolve disputes
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and industry standards
Maintain accurate and complete records of all projects
Qualifications
Proven track record as a Project Super on commercial, industrial and construction projects
Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and structural systems
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills
Ability to stay organized, multitask and work under pressure
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs
Valid drivers license
OSHA 10 certification is preferred
