What you will be doing:
Plan, schedule, and manage projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth project execution.
Develop project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and hazards.
Manage and supervise project teams, including site supervisors, laborers, and subcontractors.
Ensure proper selection and utilization of equipment and techniques.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and compliance records.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Resolve project challenges, delays, and unforeseen obstacles efficiently.
What you need for this position:
BS in related field
3+ years of project management experience
