Our projects range from $500k to $10MM, allowing us to deliver a wide variety of high-quality solutions to our clients.

What You'll Do:

Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Manage project planning, scheduling, and coordination with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project satisfaction through effective communication.
Lead project teams while ensuring safety standards and high-quality work.
Monitor project financials, including profit margins, to drive successful outcomes.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary: $80k-$115k, with performance-based bonuses tied to project profitability.
Profit-sharing and a 401(k) plan with up to a 4% match.
Standard health insurance coverage.
Paid time off: 2 weeks of vacation to start, increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years, plus 8 paid holidays.
Consistent schedule: Work hours are 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing electrical construction projects, including large-scale projects up to $10MM.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
