Project Manager - Reconstruction (Multi-Family Exterior)

We are a rapidly growing contractor in the Bay area with four local divisions within our company. These divisions coincide with regions in the Bay, our aim is to have our PM's traveling within their locale to projects.

Pay for this PM role is between 120k-130k, depending on experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in overseeing reconstruction projects for multi-family buildings. This role will require experience working on Apartment building exterior, organization, and communication skills to ensure timely and successful completion of each project.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal team members
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Manage and lead project teams, including subcontractors and vendors
Oversee the reconstruction process, including exterior envelope construction

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management for multi-family reconstruction projects
Strong understanding of reconstruction processes and techniques
Experience with exterior envelope construction
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
