We are seeking a Project Manager with strong commercial construction experience to join our team!

Ability to conduct negotiations with clients, vendors and subcontractors
Firm understanding of project management processes and tools
Working with engineering design, procurement and construction practices and procedures
Working knowledge of project management cost systems
Multi-project execution experience
Valid Driver's License
What you will be doing:
This position includes completing the project successfully, executing and communicating to all necessary contacts while providing a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our clients
This will be our client representative and is responsible for determining and implementing the exact needs of the client while managing constraints of the project, which are cost, time, scope, and quality
Managing internal systems such as, quality control, production, and a three-week look ahead to proactively coordinate and identify potential issues while maintaining a safety-first culture
Direct responsibility for managing planning process of assigned project
Develop and update our schedule based on the contracted milestones and budgets of the projects assigned
Effectively communicate and collaborate with all project team members to ensure all project objectives are successfully achieved
Defining and planning the contracted project scope into short-term task or goals
Ability to verify Safety Requirements, Work Progress, and Quality Control standards are met
Change Orders
Request for Information (RFI)
Maintain all internal and external project files and documentation in an organized fashion
Ability to provide "cost to complete" projections on assigned projects
Assist with and develop a three-week look ahead that forecasts Tools, Equipment, Information and Manpower needed to meet the project goal
Ability to develop a task plan based on the requirements of the project
Interpret company policies to workers
Analyze and resolve work problems, and or assist assigned team members in solving work problems
