Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Medford, OR
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Job Responsibilities
- Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects through diverse project teams.
- Regularly monitor and analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to counsel leadership on overall project progress.
- Establish effective communication lines with Owners, Architects, engineers, and trade partners, conducting and documenting essential project meetings.
- Manage project billings for timely payments and positive cash flow.
- Develop and maintain master schedules and short interval schedules for timely project completion.
- Supervise Project Engineers and field administrative staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Cultivate a culture of creativity and accountability in the business unit, solving problems innovatively while upholding organizational commitments.
- Actively promote SBJs safety culture, offering insight and supervision for the development and maintenance of construction safety policies.
What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent, or 5 years of progressive experience in commercial/industrial construction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and scheduling software.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Self-starter with strong organizational, file management, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within a team-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop outcomes with multiple stakeholders
