This is a full time/permanent position with a Construction company with projects spanning across Heavy Civil, Bridges, Marine, Commercial, etc. They have had consistent growth and are a very stable company with consistent projects, so they are currently hiring for experienced PMs. This person will be responsible for providing overall management, direction, timelines, etc. for their projects.
- 5+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Experience at a General Contracting company
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Experience on any of the following projects: Heavy Civil, Bridges, Marine, Commercial
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering (or related) is a plus but not required
- Manage projects from start to finish (Budgets, timelines, planning, etc.)
- Ensure project milestones are met while maintaining a high quality work
- Maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts
- Competitive Salary ($85k-$155k DOE)
