Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (PM) to oversee our upcoming projects. The PM will be responsible for overseeing the entire project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project scopes, budgets and plans
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and on budget
Resolve any issues that arise during the project
Prepare and submit all contractual documents and reports
Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations
Monitor project costs and adjust plans as needed to stay within budget
Provide support and direction to staff members as needed
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
