We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in overseeing construction projects for our commercial and retail clients. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in construction and office management.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring project timelines are met and that the highest quality standards are adhered to. This role will oversee the entire construction process, from pre-planning and budgeting to coordination and completion of projects. The Project Manager will provide guidance to the team and ensure the desired results are achieved. This position is full-time and based in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire construction process from pre-planning and budgeting to completion
Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and timelines
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines are met
Provide guidance and direction to the team during the entire process
Review and approve project documents such as contracts, invoices, and reports
Work with clients to ensure their projects are completed on time and on budget
Prepare and present reports as needed on the progress of projects
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process
Resolve any issues that arise during the construction process
Manage and coordinate team members and subcontractors
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in construction and office management
Strong knowledge of construction and office management principles and practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
