Position Overview: The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion. This includes budgeting, resource utilization, cost-effective planning, coordinating employees, material and equipment, ensuring specifications are followed, financial oversight, calculating projections, supervising trade contractors, contracts administration, architectural and engineering drawing, permits and licenses, supervising assistant managers, critical thinking, judgement and decision making, reading comprehension, verbal communication, oral and written communication, and time management.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in civil engineering or similar role
Knowledge of project management and estimating
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, estimating software
